Your organization is the top-level account in Gooseworks. It contains all your agents, billing, and the people who work in it.

Organization members

Everyone who needs access to Gooseworks must first be a member of your organization.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access — can invite/remove members, manage billing, delete the organization
MemberCan use agents they’ve been added to, cannot manage org-level settings

Inviting members

Only owners can invite new members.
  1. Go to Settings > Members.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email with a link to join.
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the same page.

Removing members

Owners can remove a member from the organization at any time from Settings > Members. Removing a member also removes them from any agent teams they were part of.

Agents within your organization

An organization can have multiple agents. Each agent is an independent AI coworker with its own name, memory, files, mailbox, and integrations. Members can be added to individual agents — see Team for how agent-level access works.
